E-Hired sends 120,000 Job Leads DAILY to Job Corp Center Students 

E-Hired:

E-Hired is a web based digital platform developed and run by education sector career service professionals. E-Hired matches students with daily employment opportunities aligned with individual students’ credentials, experience and desired radius from any geographical location. Additionally, E-Hired utilizes the United States Department of Labor data bases to generate automated student resumes available via their smartphones. 

National Job Corps Association (NJCA):

Founded in 1988 National Job Corps Association (NJCA) is a nonprofit professional trade association comprised of business, labor, volunteer, advocacy, academic and community organizations. NJCA was founded with 38 charter member organizations consisting largely of the for-profit and non-profit contractors that operated the then 118 Job Corps centers around the nation. Since 1998, the membership of the NJCA has more than doubled and grown to include employer and community partners. By uniting these stakeholders, the NJCA has strengthened the Job Corps through government relations, grassroots education and outreach, informing national policy, and outreach campaigns that increase the visibility of Job Corps.

 E-Hired and Job Corps Center Relationships:

Serving the Job Corps community since 2016, E-Hired in 2018 provided resumes and daily job leads to over 15,000 Job Corps students totaling roughly 120,000 daily employment opportunities and job leads sent directly to Job Corps student’s emails and smart phones.  Coupled with one click job application technology and digitalized resumes stored on students’ smart phones and personal devices.  Job Corps participants are now able to easily map and apply for any of the 8 -10 daily job leads send to them with one click while simultaneously uploading a professional resume free of any spelling, grammatical or punctuation errors.  Additionally; all job leads, and employment opportunities presented to any all students are recorded and archived for review by industry stakeholders.   

E-Hired and the Future with the National Job Corps Association:

As a new member of the NJCA E-Hired is excited to continue to support the great work being performed across the county at Job Centers we support and to pursue and develop better processes to serve our Job Corps Centers staff, students and stakeholders.   Additionally, we are excited at building relationships with new Job Corps Centers and sharing thousands of daily employment opportunities with their Job Corps students.
